Well-being creates productivity - The Druvan-modell (27026)

In work life, the time has come to move on from the prevention of bad things to the promotion of good things. At the same time, the effective working time increases, job satisfaction increases, the work is done better, and productivity improves. The material for this book is derived from the good experiences obtained initially in the metal industry, and the Druvan project for promoting the employees´ well-being at work. The project was carried out in the Finnish municipality of Dragsfjärd, and supported financially by the Finnish Work Environment Fund. The model, created by Ove Näsman, chief occupational health physician, and Professor Cuy Ahonen is suitable for all workplaces, but especially for small and medium-sized ones. The book is based on the experiences gained from the Druvan project, and it was written by Kari Rissa, vho is a journalist and author. The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work has encouraged the issuing of this English version of the report. The views expressed are those of the authors and not necessarily of the supporting organizations. Well-being creates productivity - The Druvan-modell (pdf)
